Conceptboard is an online collaboration software for brainstorming, feedback, document review and virtual live meetings. The application is a virtual work space similar to a witheboard, on which you can edit documents or draw and scribble. Img to CSS convert images to html/css. Email clients won't block html/css images, so you can be sure that your audience will see your image.
